Christmas was mostly good, so we'll start with the good. It was a very techy, gadgety Christmas this year. I got an ipod (probably one of the last people in the world because I didn't know I needed one). I was always getting in trouble for clumsily carrying around the laptop to listen to Stash and Burn and I guess Jerry wanted to save me from dropping the laptop and smashing it. Smart fella.
Actually, all of the gurls got ipods. This was a common view on Christmas day.
I also scored a super slim Coolpix. 
And Mum gave me a ring, she said I would wear it more than her. I am not sure about that, but it is my birthstone, aquamarine.
Now for the bad. Will got the Ultimate Bumblebee from the Transformers movie. It is big, VERY loud and it took me more than an hour to figure out how to turn it into a car (Bitchin Camaro!). A butter knife helped, but the instructions didn't suggest one. I needed two aspirins after the first transformation. It did get a little faster with successive transformations, but I am working with Will on keeping it in one mode per day. You can't tell by the photo, but Will loves it more than anything, maybe even Mario!
And now for the UGG. The name speaks for itself. What crazy Aussie designed this purse! I get the boot thing, they're warm and cozy, but the purse is just loony. Apparently, I am out of the fashion loop. Katherine loved this purse and promptly grabbed it from me and ran off. I'm glad she took it. It is more her style. I feel bad for the sheep.

hi soxy-you look so cute and happy with your ipod. i tried posting earier but had problems so don't know if it went thru. anyway-i think i'm the last soul in this universe that has yet to get an ipod thingee magig. what the heck are pod casts? isn't knitting visual? do they just talk about knitting? remember i'm the one who just got a cell phone this past summer-only because of our roadtrip. i still can't use up my minutes!!!! happy new year to you and your beautiful family!!!
