Baby Got Back and a "Dawn" Doll Commercial

This is the back of the cardigan. Maybe a few more rows to give it a nice boxy shape. I'm okay with the color now. At first I was thinking it wasn't 'baby' enough. But with the cable action, I think it's fine. I like this Louet yarn. It has a sheen sort of like a mercerized cotton, but it's a superwash wool which will be great for when baby gets spewy (sp????).

And now for something completely different. A You Tube commercial for Dawn dolls:

Fun, huh? I used to have a few of these and I LOVED them. When I showed this to Katherine and Stephanie, they were floored. They love all of the old doll stuff I show them. They really are intrigued with the Beautiful Crissy, Blythe Dolls and Little Kiddles. They are definitely my girls.

By the way, Happy Father's Day to all you Dads!

Hey, Soxchik:
Those tonal socks are just stunning. I couldn't give them away if I were you. Keep 'em (unless you want to send them to me. I don't wear browns much, but for those sox I'd buy a new wardrobe.)

Loved the pics from Mt. Shasta City. I've always found the mountain magical. Any sock knitted in it's shadow will be special.
