Pummel and Thaw

Just a couple of weeks ago, we were up to our fannies in snow. Seriously, this is what it looked like when I opened the garage door.

Jerry and the snowblower had quite the workout.

We lost a ton of branches from our trees.

Many people were without power for days. We were lucky. Meijer brought all their oil lamps to the front of the store.

And their generators.

I knit Katherine a slouchy beret.

And a matching scarf.

And then.....nothing. The sun came out. Things warmed up.

Almost all of the snow is gone.

So if you want the snow to go away, knit a hat and scarf (and buy a generator if you have to).
